Skype has been a godsend for our operation. I can't imagine that the various startups trying to market and monetize VoIP for small businesses could persuade us to leave a free (ok, almost free) service. Of course, Skype could suddenly ratchet up their fees at which point we would be looking for the budget provider of VoIP as opposed to a better deal from traditional telecom providers simply because we have become accutomed to this service.
