    Hi,

With more than nine years of extensive hands on experience in design, development and implementation of computer-based packages in the corporate environment and coupled with the desire to integrate technology with the training process I was impelled to enter the training arena. My varied work experience has basically enabled me to develop products and artifacts that can demonstrate my mastery of competencies in the areas of training, analysis, design, development, delivery and evaluation of technology-enhanced packages.
Currently, I am seeking an opportunity in a KPO/E-publishing organization where I would have a chance to apply my knowledge, skills & creativity to the best. I have the capability to train, develop user-friendly modules, lead a team and maintain quality standards.I thrive in a fast-paced work environment which provides new challenges and ample opportunities for continual learning and professional growth.

    Regards
    Ram
