DUTIES:
– Oversees all activity related to the composition of the homepage for Comcast.net
– Work with programming, promotional, business development, advertising and all other Comcast entities to create a dynamic balanced experience for our user base.
– Continuously monitor and adjust hierarchy and positioning to align with business goals and meet customer needs
– Evaluate options for delivering levels of personalized experience
– Develop master schedules and calendars coordinated with all supporting entities
– Remain objective in delivering the best possible user experience, utilizing data, survey and other informational techniques to establish criteria for change and update
– Continuously evolve to both support the business demands and customer needs
REQUIREMENTS:
– Extensive experience within online marketing, editorial, advertising or programming departments
– Ability to clearly articulate and communicate a vision to multiple functional groups.
– Ability to balance priorities
– Ability to innovate
– Ability to work with multiple teams to both sell and implement a vision
– Ability to craft and articulate a strategy
– Detail oriented with a passion for data driven results
– Creativity, attention to detail, ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task, flexibility and comfort in fast-changing and ambiguous environments.
– Excellent presentation and communication skills.
– Must be a team player, able to work closely with cross-functional development groups and anticipate and react to changes quickly.
– 8-10 years online or equivalent experience
– Must be able to travel.
