Microsoft Office Live - 100,000 Users

Microsoft Office Live, since its beta launch in February 2006, has attracted more than 100,000 users, according to Internet statistics company Ipwalk. Actually, that should be “beta testers.” Microsoft plans to take the service out of beta by end of 2006. The beta service, however, is limited only to US residents. We have put the service to the test in the past, and found it quite encouraging.

Encouraging? You must be kidding! So many website builders out there that are doing a much better job.
Have a look at the HTML code generated by Office Live: more than 140KB of non standard compliant HTML garbage for a very simple page that should not be more than 10KB.
I cannot believe that a company like MSFT is putting something THAT bad out there.
