Scups1000400_4Looks like this handy-dandy interface was shown off at Computex and is similar to the NewerTechnologies USB drive adapter we mentioned last month. The KAMA Connect Scups-1000 can be carried around the town in your gadget bag and connect to various hard drives and optical drives via a speedy USB 2.0. Come to think of it, this interface along with a removable hard drive with various Operating Systems and utilities could be another good method for mobile device recovery. ;)

  1. We had one of these (a similar device, at least) at my ‘college job’, for doing on-site hard drive replacements, and it was a total godsend. If you do desktop hardware tech support, you practically need one.
