They haven’t been having good CDMA handset sales for a while, and they don’t supply to a big part of the market. I’m hoping Qualcomm will come out on top, but all these legal issues up in the air have soured the stock quite a bit.

Qualcomm’s allegation about improper handling of spectrum has been criticized by almost everybody, IT Ministry to COAI.

Reliance is also at a disadvantage because its consumers are locked and can’t flip handsets as often as GSM users do. Adding to CDMA users woes is the non-availablity of trendy handsets, really especially those of Nokia.
