* Streamcast, makers of Morpheus have sued eBay, claiming that Skype is using their technology. Andy had this information way way back, but there have been some amendments to the suit. It all about squeezing out some dollars from eBay. Nothing more, nothing less.

* Sequoia investments - Plaxo and Jajah are playing nice with each other. It will be more impressive if the two companies didn’t have “synergies.” Now Plaxo users can use Jajah and click to call those in their address books. (More on this later… too much going on today.)

* Like AOL, United Online is giving away free local numbers as well.
