From what I can tell, it’s a bargain at it’s normal price. $3 is great. Free is unreal. Let us know your thoughts on AppZapper if you’re already rockin it.

  1. Hey, they made it! I was one of the bloggers, so I feel like I helped earn the free app … I can’t wait to try it.

As dalton said, it is currently free right now. However, I am a little concerned over the social ramifications of a BlogZot. I see it as polluting the blogosphere for little monetary gain by getting bloggers to post small snippets of the same information across the board. That is exactly why I chose not to blog about it. I don’t see a deal as a valid piece of content. As another blogger put it:

I normally wouldn’t post so called “spam” like this, but I’ve been really dying to get AppZapper.

    Paul – Point well taken.
However, it DOES save our readers some dough if it’s an app that they’re interested in.

On the ethical side of things (for lack of a better term), I’m happy to do it ONCE – as far as it benefits macZOT that is. It’s like that million dollar homepage. Worth a one-time shout out for creativity…

Although the macZOT homepage says sold out, you can still get it by following a link in their latest blog post to the registration page.

  5. Yeah, well I was interested, linked and posted about this on my blog, had to go to bed and woke up the next morning to see every thing had been given away already…
Guess this whole macZOT-initiative is not meant for Europeans, right?
(BTW – I deleted the post to macZOT).

  6. BOK – I can’t help to think that the guys at MacZot would be glad to provide you a copy with the app if you email them. Did you try? They seem like cool people and are willing to help their customers. Let us know how it works out.

  7. @dalton: No I did not, ’cause I was under the impression that it was a time-limited, react now-or-never setup, linkloop-enabled “too late” page setup ;-)
Nevermind… just bad for living in a different TZ luck I guess.

  8. In the end it all turned out just fine.
I’ve send an email to MacZOT, had an answer back that needed some explanation of my side and afterwards I was sent a resgistration-key.
    Thanks MacZOT!
