A couple of days we pointed out that things weren’t going too well at Cool.Prepaid, an MVNO that wanted to do the impossible - marry high end Motorola phones will low end prices - there has been a management shakeout. CEO Marvin Jemal is out and has been replaced by vice chairman Joseph Douek who has assumed responsibility on an interim basis for its day to day activities. CoolPrepaid also announced that Paul Gordon has been promoted to executive vice president, in addition to his duties managing sales and marketing for the company. Jemal has assumed the title of chairman while the company conducts a CEO search. No reasons why the shake-up!
