A study by the Future Laboratory has shown what could happen with widespread adoption of 3G technology. There’s a fair bit of user-generated stuff, from blogs to amateur news reports. “The report’s authors dubbed the new generation of mobile phone users Generation C, with C meaning content.”
It also shows that 3G phones are mostly used by older people in the UK…the 18-24 age group accounts for 22% of users, compared to 33% for the 25-34 age group and 26% for the 35-44 age group. Is youth targeted marketing a good idea in this case? (via Textually)
