College can be quite expensive and life enchanting. You need a cell phone to survive and enjoy college life, but most wish they could make the bill dissapear. Well Xero is as close as you can get to this wish. Paying your bill for watching ads is the smartest idea I have ever heard for a cell phone company. All major websites use this idea, I don't see a problem bringing it to your handset. Besides these are high qualiy video ads playing on the cell phone, meaning the handsets must be high-end phones.
