With the Million line  Bellsouth buildout (Tellabs/Occam)underway and Verizon on the horizon, (Occam has an exclusive contract with Tellabs for verizon customers) a confirmation from Verizon will trigger Tellabs into owning this small company to reap all the profits instead of licensing to technology.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
