Add GigaOM to New Google ToolBar

Google released a new toolbar, and thanks to Niall Kennedy, you can add GigaOM directly into the Google toolbar for Internet Explorer. All you have to do is click here. That’s it - you are done! Niall says that by installing this button, users can “view my RSS feed from the toolbar, enter search text in the Google search box, or select text on the web page and click the button to find out what I have written about that topic.” Now if we could get it to work on Firefox for Mac and PC. Only 45% of GigaOM visitors use IE, while 41% use Firefox, and 11% Safari. 81% of GigaOm readers use Windows and 17% use Mac.

You don’t need it for firefox. Firefox has the little feed icon in the bottom right corner that you can click on to subscribe. The feed gets added to your bookmarks.
