this is no news, but i felt compelled to paste this portion of the Skype EULA for posterity:

Does Skype 1.4 for OS X suck up as much CPU time as the previous beta did? I recall you posted something about this last time. If its a CPU hog, I say forget it.
apparently they have made some improvements on this. i will post the results tomorrow morning. sorry, just was too busy today to do anything major.
