Robert Scoble recently visited his alma mater, San Jose State University (SJSU) and addressed the journalism faculty about the future of mass communications. The faculty at the school is looking ahead to better prepare their students for dealing with the rapidly changing world of news reporting. The presentation was recorded by the school and is available for download in this MP3 file. Robert’s talk is excellent and I highly recommend giving this a listen. You know he is going to get your attention with the statement that he predicts his 11 year-old son will never read a newspaper due to the availability of news online. Well done, Robert. Links to many of the web pages that Robert demonstrated on his Tablet can be found on this blog.
