Finnish phone giant Nokia has announced they are acquiring Intellisync for about $430 million. Intellisync is well known for its synchronization technology that lets users sync their data to various mobile devices, including the Palm Treo, Blackberry and Windows Mobile devices. Nokia is obviously looking to field a unified sync capability for all the devices they produce.
