and still the city refuses to release the detailed proposals submitted for the RFI/C, I am leading a big public records request to get these, so that we can give our input on the process.

Rather than just the 7 people on the Techconnect advisory committtee who gave the mayor their aparently secret advice and scoring. We don’t know anything about the form of the RFP as recommended.

most disconcerting, there has been no explaination of how the public can provide their input on the process.
