One thing that I hear from Tablet owners who use Journal or OneNote extensively is that they miss the nicely laid out pages from their old paper planner.  I did some sleuthing, OK, it was easier than that as I started out at the great site DIYplanner and found over 100 templates that cover time management, project planning, Getting Things Done, and First Things First.  The templates are PDF forms that can easily be sent to OneNote or Windows Journal to use as background templates so you will no longer miss that paper planner.  There are templates in many different page sizes so you can roll your own to your heart’s content.  There are also instructions for designing your own planner pages.  Cool stuff.
