The Vicarious Web 2.0 Conference: Day Two

Earth-shattering (so far anyway) the Web 2.0 Conference is not, but the personalities and content have certainly been very enjoyable to track. I'm still sorting and filtering all the blogging and the news articles, and will hopefully post insightful

[...] From Web performance tuning, FrontPage-compatible Web sites with cool IE logo, to VRML for e-commerce and eyeball monetization to the max, Web 1.0 was a success, and as Merlin succinctly put it, we all learned something last night. Micah and I learned additional piece of knowledge - no trains leave the San Francisco heading to Mountain View between 10 pm and midnight. Om says it was a huge success. Some people were lucky to get one of those 64 MB (not kidding you, double of of 32 MB) MP3 players from this company called Rio. Web 1.0 at Flickr Scott Beale's posting HorsePigCow also kept taking pictures of everybody and everything. Alexander Muse writes here. Fraser Speirs has a report as well. >> Technology, Entertainment, Silicon Valley >> Comments [...]
