		<description>&lt;p&gt;Packet 8 service is terrible. Although a bargain at 19.95, you get what you pay for. Disconnections, not able to fax, poor line quality. Perhaps the worst of all is when you have a problem and you will have many, you will be on hold for hours trying to get the problem fixed. Once you get the service department it appears that everything is someone elses fault.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I highly recommend that you stay away from this company!&lt;/p&gt;
