I’ve tried most of the available aggregators for the Pocket PC and have settled on NewsBreak. Simple to use and works great over a wifi connected handheld. You can get it here: http://www.iliumsoft.com/site/nw/newsbreak.htm
As for blogging tools, I have loaded up Pocket SharpMT, but have not been able to get it setup to work with my WordPress blogs… I’m sure it’s just a matter of spending some time with the config.
