Hw6700CNET is reporting that a presentation leaked on the HP UK web site shows that the two versions of the upcoming hw6700 Mobile Messenger will use miniSD instead of the current SD standard.  This will likely not sit well with owners of current SD peripherals, such as memory cards, who will not be able to use them in the new iPAQs.  The hw6700 is otherwise a very fine Pocket PC Phone Edition and will be available with a 1.3 MP camera, up to 192 MB of memory and 128 MB of ROM.  The wireless capabilities of the 6700 are impressive with GPRS, GSM, EDGE, 802.11g, Bluetooth and GPS available.  Expect the hw6700 in the January 2006 time frame.
