Getting an efficiency of 1 bit/Hz is considered quite excellent. At that efficiency you would need 100 MHz of spectrum to offer 100 Mbps service. I can&#039;t think of an US carrier that has 100 MHz of spectrum in a given market even if you count 2.5 and 2.3 GHz licenses.]]></description>
