		<description><![CDATA[Just to be clear: the company behind &quot;stratellites&quot; is clearly a scam, but that doesn&#039;t mean the idea couldn&#039;t work. However, at a certain point this becomes like BPL -- just because you can do something doesn&#039;t mean you should. If you really think about it in either case, you could come up with a better solution for the same amount of money. That said, there are currrently $100Bs being spent on suboptimal solutions because nobody did really think about it. So, who knows?]]></description>
