A lot of people are looking into adding ink posting for blogs so bloggers can post articles directly in ink.  This is good for a couple of reasons, it adds another benefit to Tablet PC users and it is very personal (and cool).  One of the things that makes blogs so useful is the ability to search on topics in engines such as Google and have phrases from various blogs appear in the search results.  The lack of searchability of ink posts would eliminate the beneifit of ink posting.  Microsoft MVP Philippe Majerus has implemented ink posting on his personal blog that not only looks pretty cool but he is actively working on making the ink posts searchable.  This will be a big boost for Tablet bloggers and I can’t wait to see him get this working.  Here’s a screen from his blog:

    This looks fantastic. Searchable ink is probably the only function missing from today’s version of digital inking. I can’t wait to see how this develops!
