Mark Cuban on Grokster decision: In the business world, one way to evaluate the financial importance of news is by watching to see how Wall Street responds to it…There wasnt a Kaboom, there wasnt a whisper in the market. In other words, no one cared. The good news is that at least the SCOTUS kept the focus on how technology is marketed rather than what it does.The bad news is that the MPAA and RIAA will jump all over the slightest double technolgy entendre that any marketing blurb or item could have.
