TeliaSonera: The Phone World is flat

Telia, the Swedish telecom incumbent says to hell with minute rate plans and has started to offer fixed price service to all its customer. For $10 a month, you can sign-up for a service that will allow you to make phone calls at 8 cents a minute, regardless of the length of the call. Calls can be made to wired or unwired phones. I am betting they will lower the price even further. via
