		<description><![CDATA[they may have 499,999 customers if I have to deal with my existing number transfer any longer.  I signed up 2/28 and still have not have my # transferred, to their credit they have credited me the 3 months payments, but how many other people have the same/if not worse problem.  Not to mention I have had to continue to pay Verizon 37.00 per month to keep the line &quot;alive &quot; during this process.  There may very  well be some churn.  The actual product is great but the process to get there is truly maddening.]]></description>
