		<description><![CDATA[Seems like the big guys are trying to squeeze as hard as they can on the little engines that could. Thank goodness for the courts... one of those little engines got a huge bat this week with a ruling on their ESP status. Transcom has been officially legitimized as an enhanced services provider, so SBC and AT&amp;T will have to back off. Here are some links to check out:
