		<description><![CDATA[Notwithstanding the hype, as a StarHub user here in Singapore, I must say Hub service is functional but dismal, I have the 6Mbps broadband service, but actual rate is probably 512kbps on the average, no better than ADSL... And then there is the &quot;Digital Cable&quot;, which require a new STB, but the video output is in composite (think cheapo vhs tape quality) and audio is plain old stereo. There is currently no HDTV in Singapore, nor much interesting programming to see. So all we have here is a &quot;fat pipe&quot; with very little worthy content. Given the wonderful infrastructure they have in the country, it is really a shame that they do not offer more exciting content or services...]]></description>
