Cisco VP Joins Alloy Ventures

Ammar Hannafi, Cisco’s Vice President of New Business Ventures quietly left the equipment giant and has joined Alloy Ventures as a general partner. During Ammar’s tenure, Cisco’s Business Development Group completed over 50 acquisitions including optical networking and integrated voice and data infrastructure and applications. Maybe he got bored with small deals that Cisco has been making in recent past!
