This list of services screams “Bundle ME!!!”

Which is why, long ago, I predicted that Yahoo, Google etc. will own the customer, because they’re the only player with the skills to tie this bundle together.

PS. Om, check out the details of Bush’s budget. Looks like the large deficit will finally force the FCC to collect spectrum revenue from analog TV stations or else revoke the licenses.

hahahahaa bundle me! It makes you wonder though- is cheaper better? Just cuz you get all your communication from one company, does it make for high quality? Attentive customer service? My cell phone carrier is different from my VoIP preovider, Sunrocket, and both offer competative prices and v good quality of service. Imho, there is something to be said for customizing your own group of providers to get the best combination of services.

This is along the lines of CS’ “Bundle Me”, but the big problem with the list is that the same service is being bought mutiple times from different providers. Why do I need a cell phone and VOIP? I just want a cell phone that works everywhere with unlimmited calling and if it uses VOIP to do that no problem. Why do I want to pay separately for at home and mobile broadband? I want mobile broadband and it should be as fast as non-mobile (landline) when I am non-mobile. Anyway, where are the games and movies (Gamefly + Netflixs)? The total is at least $40 too low.
