		<description><![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;So I called customer service yesterday just for sh*ts and giggles to see what they would say - they had nothing. So I got a call this morning from them - the customer service rep started by asking if I was taping the conversation - so I thought I was getting something good. Then she went on to issue the same statement above. Honestly, can anyone believe only 400 records were taken? It just all sounds like crap to me. &lt;/p&gt;]]></description>
