		<description>It certainly is true that the baby bells are jumping into VoIP like it is going out of style. The only thing is-- the bells do not have a good tracke record of quality customer service. Customers are sick of talking to a machine at the other end of the line.  I think some of the new stand alone VoIP services have a better chance of wooing customers.</description>
