Siemens: what’s a bird

Siemens might sell its loss making mobile handset business to China’s Ningbo Bird according to news reports. “We are looking at all the options,” the spokesman said. Ningbo Bird has a distribution deal with Siemens in China. First IBM, then Siemens, so who’s next? Well I got guesses: how about 3Com and Avici Systems?
