OneNote really shines as a tool for taking notes in meetings and one of the most useful additions that Microsoft added in OneNote SP1 is the ability to add the meeting details to the note page with a simple click of a button. To quickly start a page for meeting notes, insert details about the meeting from your calendar in Microsoft Office Outlook 2003. Create the page where you want to add the meeting notes, and then click Microsoft Outlook Meeting Details on the Insert menu. Details about the meeting will appear on the page. You can then add notes next to the names of meeting attendees, add notes for agenda items, and more.
To save space on the page, double-click the note handle next to a heading to hide the information for that heading. To display the information again, double-click the note handle again.
