i also heard it was msoft and ti. but i also heard there were some network providers in the round too: verizon and comcast. as well as a media conglomerate/company: saban capital. anyone else?

Hearst is one of the rumored ones. I am not sure how close they are to the deal. That is why I think you could see another announcement soon.
