All he did was follow the agency’s script. Fire the agency. Change the marketing director. Look for a “fresh” idea. Wendy’s always was about Fresh in the burger. To attempt to even emulate Dave Thomas in *ANY* way will only be failure…they proved that, at the shareholder’s expense too.
