Massively Creaking Institution

Aka MCI has reported a loss of $3.4 billion, again. Revenues are down 15% QoQ from last year to $5.1 billion. But says, oh everything is all right and we are good to go. Sort of like Iraq. Like AT&T, MCI is writing off assets.
