TissotTechnosexual.org has published their Top Ten Holiday Gift Ideas for the Technosexual. Before I give you the list you better get clear on exactly what a technosexual is. Here’s the definition from their site:

(TEK.noh.sek.shoo.ul) n. dandyish narcissist in love with not only himself, but also his urban lifestyle & gadgets; a straight man who is in touch with his feminine side but has fondness for electronics such as cell phones, pda’s, computers, software, and the web.We are a guide to the techno style. Everyone is talking about him. He is a man of style and tech sophistication: he may be seen at an NBA game one night, then an art gallery opening the next; all navigating through life with the empowerment of technology. From PDA’s to mobile phones. A wireless environment. He is the new male ideal: the technosexual® man.The term “techno-sexual” first appeared in sci-fi novels back in the 70’s used to describe sex with robots or machines. The term has been redefined and redesigned. Ricky Montalvo decided to use the term to describe men with style and geek. Long gone are the days for it’s use to describe love of robots, now it’s love for style and gadgets. We are here to provide style to the “geek” and bring geek to the “stylish”.

After publicly admitting to my “Queer Eye for the Straight Guy” television watching habit and getting my hair highlighted for the first time ever, I think I’ve found a new label for myself….gee thanks! I think the ultimate was shopping for new hair “product” via WiFi on my Toshiba Windows Mobile device. ;>) Now I need to check into that Dyson….my Roomba hasn’t been doing the best on the high pile carpet….
