		<description>numbers can be sliced and diced any which way, but i think the FTTx number is probably a bit low. enclosed is a link about a recent article in fortune magazine about broadband in South Korea. It mentions "glass" in buildings which i equate to FTTx, granted the glass could be at the aggregation layer and not the access layer.
