		<description><![CDATA[Yeah .... but then detroit is a smallish city comparitively and the percentages can rise pretty quickly. read the piece which i just put up - in raw numbers US is number one, and penetration wise it is south korea. that&#039;s my suspicion is the case in the case of this report. i am pretty sure the raw numbers should put NY and San Fran right at the top.]]></description>
