I've got EVDO and measured 400kb/s dnstream on Aug 27 and 28.
I think it's related to the republican congress.</description>

		<description>Yes, I can Confirm that VZW has been upgrading all their cell sites in the NY/NNJ system to add 1900Mhz PCS channels for Both voice &#038; EV-DO, &#038; they have "areas" where EV-DO &#038; PCS voice is online &#038; in "testing.
 It is expected that most of the area's 1900 system will be "up &#038; running" by the end of the year....</description>
