Tommy H in town to launch his brand here in India is putting his foot in his mouth I think.

He’s excited about the possibilities of such arrangements. “That way, American companies will get many more opportunities to make a lot more money and create more employment,” says the designer. More importantly, as a result of the spending power created by the outsourcing business, Hilfiger hopes to find a receptive market finally for his branded products, from shirts to perfumes and underwear, which have been assiduously ripped off for years by the pirates of Ghaffar Market.
