		<description><![CDATA[I think if they give it as a bundle and reduce the price of broadband access to $20 I think 90% of the dial up users will move to broadband.. If they actually increase the quality of their cell phone and decrease the cell phone charges will  be nice.. As one of the middle class, I can say I dont mind paying $70 - $100 per month for my broadband, local &amp; long distance phone and my cell phone with basic cable that gives me around 50-60 channels.]]></description>
