Sydney Morning Herald has a nice round-up of MP3 devices which don’t make you look nerdy. It gives high marks to iRiver iFP-595T, but also is warm to the new BenQ Joybee, LG MF-PD390 and IPod. Here is their verdict: “Every player we looked at had noticeable flaws. The LG chewed through batteries, the BenQ was cute but frustrating to use, the iRiver would have been great if its software had been better and the iPod didn’t have a radio or a recording function. Ultimately we decided the iRiver was the best in this line-up, although if you want more storage space, we recommend the iPod.”
