Broadband so near yet so far

After campaigning to get broadband in his village, one frustrated man tells his story after finding out it was out of his reach. BBC News reports on Neil Croft’s failed quest for DSL broadband. On this Christmas day, all I can say Santa (or BT) grant the man his wish, even if it means putting an additional central office in the ‘hood.
