		<description>I would like to look at a simple test involving a 5 meg pipe to my NY office and some VOIP add ons, but everybody wants to go for it all. I am not ready for that. I am a "voice guy" but I sure would like to test and understand on a small point to point basis without involving the entire IT shop.
