First Bernie, then Gary and now a federal judge has delayed a scheduled closed hearing in the criminal case against four former Qwest executives according to the Rocky Mountain News.

bq. February, the government charged former Qwest executives Thomas Hall, Grant Graham, Bryan Treadway and John Walker with conspiring to inflate revenue by nearly $34 million. The allegations involved the sale of Internet equipment and services to the Arizona Schools Facilities Board in 2001.

However, earlier this week U.S. District Judge Robert Blackburn on Tuesday had ordered Friday’s hearing closed which prompted The News to file a motion to make the hearings public.
