And now this makes me sick. According to IPadventures, The Washington Post is reporting that the Oklahoma Charges Against Ebbers May Be Dropped.

bq. Oklahoma Attorney General W.A. Drew Edmondson told a judge yesterday that he is considering dropping fraud charges against former WorldCom Inc. chief executive Bernard J. Ebbers to avoid interfering with a related federal criminal case against another executive. Edmondson said he would reserve the right to refile the charges when the criminal case in New York is over.

Why do i get a bad feeling that the man is going to get away with his crimes! The other big broadbandit, Gary Winnick, thanks to his political connections has gotten away with corporate murder anyway.

bq. Federal prosecutors have said they will not pursue criminal action against Gary Winnick, who presided over the corrupt telecom firm Global Crossing.
